Roof repair

Fix the leak, not the whole roof

Many leaks come from one small part. We find it, fix it and send you photos of the work.

If a repair will not hold because the roof under it has failed, we tell you that too, and show why.

What you get

  • Photos before and after

  • The cause explained, not only the patch

  • A written price before the work

Where Valley leaks start

Usually a part, not the whole roof

  • Vent pipes and flashing

The rubber collar around a pipe cracks in the sun, and metal flashing lifts at the edges.

  • Cracked or slipped tile

A cracked tile, or one that slid after wind, lets water reach the underlayment below.

  • Chimneys and skylights

Sealant dries out and pulls away from brick and glass frames.

  • Valleys and edges

Where two roof planes meet, water runs hard and leaves are caught.

  • Flat sections

Low parts of a flat roof hold water, and the membrane splits.

  • Gutters and drip edge

Water that runs behind the gutter soaks the edge of the deck.

If water is coming in

What happens when you call

We are not on call overnight; we answer messages the next business morning.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Tell us

Call or WhatsApp, give the address and say water is coming in. Photos of the ceiling help.

  2. 02

Step 2: A tarp goes on

The first crew that is free covers the leak. Nights and Sundays are billed at an overtime rate that we tell you before the crew leaves.

  3. 03

Step 3: We find the cause

In daylight, we look for the real source, which is often a few feet from the stain.

  4. 04

    Step 4: Repair and photos

We fix it at the price we wrote down, and send photos of the finished work.

Questions

About leaks and repairs

Can you tarp my roof today?

If water is coming in, call or message us and say so. The first crew that is free puts a tarp on, and we tell you the price before they leave. Nights and Sundays are billed at an overtime rate.

How do I send photos of my roof?

Text or WhatsApp them to (956) 555-0100 with your address. Photos from the ground are enough to start. Please do not climb up to take them.

Does hail always mean a new roof?

No. Often the damage is a few tiles or shingles, and we say so. We write down what we find, with photos, and you decide.

Can I cancel after I sign?

If you sign at home, you may have three business days to cancel. Your contract says how and where to send the notice.
